Our Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. A one night non- refundable deposit is charged when making a daily or weekly reservation.  Monthly reservations will differ, please contact the office for details.
  2. There are no refunds after check in, no exceptions.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY

  1. Check out 11AM/ Check in 2PM
  2. If not checked out by 11AM; $20 per hour will be charged
  3. Any garbage or debris left behind we will charge a $60 clean up fee
  4. Damages to site will be the full responsibility to reservation holder and site damages will be charged according to damaged incurred

PARKING

  1. One Vehicle per site; no parking on grass
  2. Any damage to the lawn will be full responsibility of reservation holder and a lawn maintenance fee of $20 will be charged

SPEED LIMIT

  1. 10 KMS at all times throughout park

PETS

  1. $5 pet fee per dog
  2. Dogs must be on leash at all times
  3. 2 dogs maximum per site
  4. Failure to comply results in leaving the park without refund

GUESTS

  1. Maximum 6 persons per sites
  2. Two adults included; additional $5 per adult children are free
  3. Visitors must report to the office for visitor pass
  4. Tenting prohibited alongside RV/Trailers due to fire hazard as per Rocky View County

GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND SANI DUMP

  1. Residential garbage bags only​​​​​​​
  2. Garbage truck located in parking lot for disposal
  3. $15 to use Sani-Dump

QUIET TIME

  1. 11pm to 7am fires out
  2. No generators allowed
  3. No consumption of alcohol except on your own campsite
  4. Alcohol must be confined to interior of rv/trailer after 11 pm

GATE ACCESS

  1. Gate is closed from 11pm-7am
  2. Do not block the gate
  3. Gate does not stay open and will close after 2 minute relay
  4. Do not stop in middle of gate opening it will close automatically
  5. Entry code will be given at time of check
  6. After 11pm call ahead for confirmation of booking and gate code
  7. Vehicles must display parking pass or will be charged extra person

PLAYGROUND

  1. All children must be accompanied by a person minimum age of 15

STORAGE

  1. We take minimum 3 months payment for storage site rentals. Must provide credit card for all storage site rentals. Proof of ownership and ID also required. No exceptions

  1. Balzac RV Park is not a resort, we offer a quick stop for travellers
  2. We have over 70 sites available for short term needs
  3. We have 30 monthly sites available during summer/winter
  4. Our park does not have trees on every site
  5. We offer gravel sites that can be un-level due to weather conditions
  6. Located North of Calgary alongside Highway 2
  7. Located alongside major hi-way; there is no avoiding the noise level of traffic
  8. Located next to railway line; there is no avoiding the noise level of trains
  9. Cross Iron Mills, Century Downs Casino located directly across hi-way
  10. We are 30 mins from downtown Calgary and Calgary Stampede
  11. We are 10 mins from Calgary International Airport
  12. We are 5 mins from CanaDream Rentals and Fraser-Way Rentals
  13. Playground, horseshoes and baskeball court on site
  14. Convenience store offers camping needs and confectionery items
  15. We do not offer cable or Wifi directly to site; only around main office building
  16. ATM located in main office building
  17. Laundry, showers and bathrooms located at main building
  18. We do not offer tenting to our customers
  19. We do not accept cashiers checks, money orders or bank drafts as way of payment
  20. We do not pro-rate
  21. We do not offer USD to CND exchange rates
  22. We no longer accept recreational vehicles made before 1990
  23. We take 100% payment for monthly reservations

Prices and availability of services can change without notice

Due to unforeseen circumstances, your sites reserved are not guaranteed and you may be moved to a different site location then booked online.

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASONS LISTED ABOVE
